You have recently interviewed for a new position that will take full advantage of your skills and abilities – Manager of UX Design and Technology for a diverse and multicultural company. You will be working remotely from home.

You have been shortlisted for the final stage in the selection process (one of two candidates).

You have been asked to make a presentation to the management team about your approach to managing and motivating a diverse, multicultural, global team.
